Our labour law and human resources department is structured to provide companies with advice in the field of labour relations.

Given the usual constant trickle of labour-related incidents in companies, we seek to offer business owners a highly constant and approachable point of contact and advice in the day-to-day running of their companies.

The department’s main work areas are as follows:

• Legal advisory service: the department employs lawyers specialising in labour law to advise companies on all kinds of labour conflicts (individual or collective), along with processing workforce adjustment plans and assisting customers in dealing with work inspectors and negotiating collective agreements.

• Payroll management: We process new employment contracts and contract terminations. We also prepare wage slips and calculate Social Security contributions.

• Human Resources: We advise companies on personnel selection processes, the definition of career plans, internal training plans, the definition of professional categories and jobs.
